Magical Christmas Weddings
At Parklands, Quendon Hall
It’s hard to argue with the magic of a Christmas wedding. The streets are lit up with seas of colourful lights, the smell of freshly baked festive treats fills the air and there’s often a sprinkle of snow covering the ground at Parklands, Quendon Hall.
Looking for a Christmas wedding venue in Essex? Let us set the scene a little for you – you arrive at our 17th century mansion and there’s a faint white covering across our beautifully landscaped gardens from a recent snowfall.
You’re greeted by a drinks reception filled with mulled wines, winter Pimms or Christmas cocktails and mince pie canapes before being whisked into our cosy Drawing Room where our roaring log fire awaits you. Your meal is full of winter warmers – succulent roasted joints of meat, root vegetables and roasted chestnuts all make an appearance at some point in the banquet.
Of course, there are plenty of opportunities for photos around both our 100 acres of deer park and within the mansion itself, which will be adorned with starlight ceilings and traditional Christmas decorations. As with all of our weddings, Parklands, Quendon Hall’s Christmas weddings are all available on an exclusive-use basis, adding a touch of intimacy to your festive wedding celebrations.
We can cater for parties of all sizes. The manor house itself can accommodate from 30 to 120 guests in either our Drawing Room or The Tabor Room. For larger weddings, we’re able to offer our silk lined Pavilion, which can serve up to 410 guests. As Parklands, Quendon Hall is one of the premier Christmas wedding venues in Essex, we’re confident that we could provide the festive wedding of your dreams.
