Stunning Outdoor Weddings
At Parklands, Quendon Hall
There’s something special about an outdoor wedding – the feel of soft, emerald grass underfoot, blue skies above, warm weather and a cool breeze lightly sweeping over your skin as you approach the aisle. At Parklands, Quendon Hall, we’re huge fans of an outdoor wedding and believe that our picturesque gardens nestled in over 100 acres of deer park are the perfect place to host your special day. And with the new government guideline update we are excited to now be able to offer ceremonies in our gardens by our beautiful fountain overlooking our deer park until April 2022!
Of course, we’re not always fortunate with the weather, but our silk lined Pavilion provides a way to experience an outdoor wedding in Essex, regardless of the weather conditions. It’s also able to accommodate smaller, intimate weddings or large weddings for up to 410 guests.
If weather conditions don’t allow you to celebrate your wedding without some form of cover, then we can also offer exclusive use of our marquee. It contains a full range of amenities from heating and air conditioning, to toilets, catering facilities and a fully stocked bar; giving you the best of all worlds and allowing you to enjoy an outdoor wedding with a touch of luxury.
As the daylight begins to fade and the night draws in, you’re more than welcome to move indoors into the cosier environment of our Georgian manor house, complete with log fires for those colder nights. Finally, when the day is over, you and your partner will be able to retire to our thatched Honeymoon Cottage and make use of the jacuzzi located within to relieve the stress of the day. We also have 21 rooms available in the main house for your guests.
